Can you handle the truth? Of course you can, as long as the truth is good. Unfortunately, sometimes it's not, and the people closest to you are the least likely to tell you. Don't make the mistake of sending your manuscript to an agent or publisher, or indeed publishing it yourself, without having an industry expert cast at least a cursory glance over it. With this service, however, you'll get much more than that. The Gatekeeper - award-winning author of Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Historical Fiction, Ronald A. Geobey - will read your novel closely, and will prepare a detailed report based on his opinion of it. Following your receipt of this report, you can arrange a 1-hour feedback session to clarify any points of concern or confusion and to expand on any advice offered. While we cannot guarantee placement of the manuscript with an agent or publisher - nobody can - we're confident that you'll proceed with your submissions (or self-publication) with a much stronger manuscript than you began with. What's more, you can send your first 10k words and just pay the deposit shown. If we feel the manuscript wouldn't benefit from our guidance, you're under no obligation to pay any more. For example, if it's already in excellent shape, there's no point in proceeding with the service. If we feel you would benefit from a full editing service instead, we'll discuss that with you, and your deposit will be deducted from any service you transition to.
